School Reviews

5   8/2/2019
I've been in Mahanay since pre-kindergarten. However, I didn't want to leave the school because there were nice teachers. Sadly, in 2019, I had to leave. (I was in 4th grade at the time) Even though I had a few strict teachers, they still showed a somewhat nice side as well. Fortunately, I'll remember my teachers, coaches, and the school staff while I'm in intermediate, middle, high, college, and university. Well, I'll try to at least. By the way, their service is amazing.

Teachers in 19 States Allowed to Physically Punish Students
As of 2014, nineteen states still allow corporal punishment – spanking and paddling the most common choices – in their public schools. However, some argue that not only are these punishments physically harmful, they also are disproportionately administered to students of color. As a result, House democrats have taken up the issue in a new bill that would ban all forms of corporal punishment nationwide.
